Coker Valve Overhauling Job

We were actively involved in Coker Unit valve overhauling jobs at BPCL–Kochi Refinery (KR) and CPCL, executing inspection, dismantling, refurbishment, and reassembly of critical valves. The scope was carried out in close coordination with refinery operations, adhering strictly to safety procedures, technical specifications, and shutdown schedules, ensuring reliable valve performance and safe unit operation.

Renovation of Idukki Hydro Electric Power Station

We are part of the renovation works at Idukki Hydro Electric Power Station, with scope including installation, termination, and commissioning support of electrical panels. The activities are executed in compliance with approved drawings, technical standards, and stringent safety requirements, ensuring reliable electrical systems and uninterrupted plant operation.

Static & Rotary Jobs in Various Units of BPCL-KR

We have executed various static and rotary equipment maintenance jobs across multiple units at BPCL – Kochi Refinery (KR) and CPCL.The scope of work included maintenance, inspection, overhauling, alignment support, and commissioning assistance for critical refinery equipment during both planned shutdowns and routine maintenance activities.

Operation & Maintenance of Crane and Other Equipment's in BPCL-KR

We are engaged in the operation and maintenance of cranes and other construction and material-handling equipment at BPCL – Kochi Refinery (KR), supporting routine maintenance, shutdown, and project activities across refinery units. Our scope includes safe operation of mobile cranes, hydras, forklifts, and allied equipment, carried out by trained and certified operators in compliance with BPCL safety standards and statutory requirements.

CDSP Maintenance Package-DCU

We were involved in the execution and maintenance of the CDSP (Coke Drum Switching Platform) Maintenance Package for the Delayed Coker Unit (DCU). Our scope included execution and maintenance of critical CDSP and DCU systems, covering Bottom Unheading Device (BUD), Top Unheading Device (TUD), decoking system, and bridge crane, carried out in coordination with operations and in compliance with refinery safety procedures. In addition to the main scope, we were also involved in several additional jobs, including  inspection, maintenance, and rectification of CDSP  structures, valves, piping, and associated mechanical components critical to safe coke drum switching operations.

All activities were carried out in compliance with refinery safety procedures and approved maintenance practices, in close coordination with DCU operations and inspection teams, ensuring reliable performance and safe operation of the unit.
